I’ve been coming to this bank for over 7 years. The women that work inside are wonderful and have always done anything they could to help me. It’s always a pleasure to go to this branch. The service is terrible over the phone and each person tells you something different and some of the staff over the phone can be very rude.

This CU is a partner branch of Truliant Federal CU. On 10/5/21 I went inside to withdraw money & was advised they only handle partner CU transactions in the drive thru. This really bothered me because there was not anyone in the drive thru or inside. I went outside & went through the drive thru to make the same transaction. I think it could have been handled differently. Example: Advised me I may only come through drive thru in the future & process my transaction inside as a courtesy. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE is not hard. PEOPLE refuse to use that skill. I was considering opening an account there. They will never get my money. Train your staff to treat people as if they are the reason why they have a job.
