      Very nice people but inexcusably slow. The tellers work as fast as they can but there are not enough people working there. I was inside one day with around 5 or 6 people who had been in line for quite a while with 2 tellers waiting on people. While we were waiting, the head teller came over and sent one of them to lunch but she didn't take her place! I have been a member of this credit union for 30 years so it is out of sheer loyalty that I haven't taken my business somewhere else. There is no excuse for this kind of management! Update: After seeing my review, the management from PACU contacted me to apologize and let me know what they plan to do to make things go more quickly. I have been back several times but wanted to wait to changed my review just to make sure that things were really improving. The Home Road branch has really made some changes and the service is much faster. Thanks so much for all of your work to make things better for your customers!
