      I am so glad I opened an account at this bank! Big banks like Wells Fargo has a lot of charges fee but Piedmont does not have it and it is a local bank of NC. It is a pleasure doing business with this bank institution.

      Having banked at big chains like Bank of America, Piedmont is a breath of fresh air. Caring staff, excellent customer service, quick (and personal) response to requests (no need to navigate computerized phone menus). They offer a wide array of professional banking services.
