      Great bank takes care of customers. One day I was running a few minutes late the drive thru waited for me. It was only 8 minutes past closing but with a phone call business got taken care of,

      This lender is absolutely horrendous. Never returned one phone call, not one, only would send emails....even though I specifically asked them too... AFTER I had "final approval" they kept asking for more and more documents that were never discussed, outside of a given list of required documents....incomplete apparently, where I actually incurred cost. As they kept moving the goal posts, my fear of losing the deal with the seller had me abandon this company in favor of my own financial institution...I had to pay a higher rate, but they did what these clowns didn't do in weeks, in a matter of an afternoon. Horrible service which warranted me contacting AOPA on my and other members behalves. The seller, also an AOPA member wrote a letter as well. If anyone ever asks me about my opinion of this company I would tell them I wish I had more thumbs to point in the "down" direction.
