  I've been a member since 1980 and have had excellent service through the years. In particular this year (2022) when I received help untangling an attempted computer fraud that compromised my account information, the staff at the Thornydale branch and their Member Service Rep Arielle O. worked diligently to correct my situation. They treat you like family here...better, maybe!

  It is ironic that their slogan is “Live Life to the Fullest” because it should be “Live Life stuck in a purgatory of long phone calls with awful customer service.” I’ve been a member since 2010 and if only I could cancel, but unfortunately the customer service has gotten so bad that I can’t. 40+ minutes of wait time on the phone, the mobile app is unusable and so laden with bugs that it isn’t even worth an attempt at a download. It’s sad to watch these local credit unions turn awful but that’s where we are at.

  I was excited about moving my accounts to a credit union. I feel like i was dealing with a used car salesman. Lots of promises, but very little delivered. If i wanted a bank that I could not call, I could have stayed with Wells Fargo.
