Just horrible customer service. To allow any situation to escalate to the point of not following correct steps in contacting your own bank members. People are just sick in there own skin and racially profile for hurtful reasons. That's something no one can come back from. Just so sad.

Just a heads up the "drive through " is open at 8:30 am. NOT to go inside if you're there to pull from a sister bank That is atb10:30 am....

When expectations are not met, it can be frustrating! Shared Branching transactions for members of other credit unions have special limitations tied to them, which is why these types of transactions are not done in the drive thru. For convenience lobby hours are posted at our entrances, our website, and the Shared branching website for non-members.
