  This is the best branch for me. They are all great but I get treated so well here. All of the tellers go out of their way to help you and if your having a problem they are so fast to resolve it. They also have Kim the branch manager. She is on top of it let me tell you. They all remember your name and I suffer with mental illness and I'm not always easy to deal with but these folks never make me feel uncomfortable they stick with me until the issue is solved. I dont go to any other branch. I've been with Pinniclle for well over 10 years and the past 7 this is the branch I go too. Very professional and it's the best customer service I've gotten anywhere. Great employees great manager. I thank all of them for always making me feel special. I'm a customer for life!!!

  The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I go out of my way to visit this location over the others in town. If I could give more stars I would!
