      This has been my bank since it was known as First Bank. The people here are great! They have helped us out with all sorts of things from linking accounts to replacing a debit card chewed up by our dog! This will continue to be our bank as long as the customer service continues to be optimal!

      I opened a business account with Pinnacle bank. The account was over drafted due to a mistake on my part. They charged me a fee which is understandable. What is not understandable is that they then attempted to charge me a daily fee until the account is brought up to zero. There was zero notification on their part to let me know there was an issue with the account. They were very happy to attempt to take as much money as possible in fees until I noticed my mistake. I would not do business with this bank. Buyer Beware.

      Been banking here for 9 years now and not the kindest service when you need help when your card has been compromised. Called back and someone else finally helped me.
