  Worst customer service ever!! How does the Benbrook branch stay in business. I called to talk with Tammy twice. First time in meeting, but will call me back in a few hours. No call back. Week later I call back and tell the receptionist what happened. She said Tammy was on the phone and she would hand walk message to call me right now. Week later and no call from Tammy!! You cannot run a business like this pinnacle Bank. I'm sure this review will get no results also. Called frost bank and my loan is approved. Oh by the way Frost called me back go figure!

  Out of this world customer service - I do not personally bank here but have been in the car with 2 different people and both experiences have been mind blowing. I may just switch banks based on the professionalism of the tellers.
