Great Bank. This location is more convenient then the one by my home. They do have a Smart ATM. Not sure were the other reviewer got him information. You can't believer everything you read.

Original Post 8/2018: Been banking with Pinnacle before they took over First Bank TX since 2002. This location is average for a Pinnacle Bank. Teller was friendly, but their ATM leaves a little to be desired. The ATM at North Beach St and the one on Boat Club Rd allow checks to be deposited (24 hrs). This ATM does not. I called their customer service and spoke with them about this but they stated they had no intentions of converting this to a smart ATM that would be able to handle deposits. Other than that this location is convenient. Update 4/2020: Maybe they have a smart ATM now, but when I wrote this review and visited this location they had not implemented one yet. Customer service indicated over the phone that they were not interested in installing one. Haven't returned since this review so maybe they have it now. Not sure I'd trust a reviewer named after a TV show character with only one review written for their profile as well...

This will be my first ever review, but I was so appalled by their lack of customer service that I will NEVER be using that bank again. My family has used there ATM for years with countless fees as we have USSA accounts, and I needed a 1 time cash change out (for $200 from their ATM - a few 10s/5s/1s) for my kiddos soccer season and they said they don’t help non customers. There was Zero cars in the parking lot. My daughter is 6 and when we go to open her account here soon.. which I’m sure she will have for years and years + through college + checking etc. we will Not be going there. And if I ever do want a local account, it won’t be there. I will be sure to let everyone know how surprised I was by their team of people all sitting without any customers inside and still could not help me. Chase or Bank of America will be our choice.
