  I called to do a wire transfer and the lady who helped me, Kathy or Kathleen was very rude and expected me to know how to do everything. she seemed very disinterested in helping me and made me feel stupid. terrible customer service and she lied to me as well. she said it went through and it definitely did not. I called another location and the lady who helped me there was 100x better

  Wish I could give it a negative star... Multiple times I have had issues with THIS branch specifically... Tonight I got to the drive through (that closes at 6)at 557...the teller showed up to help me after I pressed the call button multiple times... Only to tell me that they close at 6 and that I could not make a deposit because she had balanced out the drawer... Then proceeded to balance out her drawer right in front of me... I have pictures of her counting her drawer down soooo .. Cool pinnacle, cool.
