      I would give 0 stars if that were possible! Rude and unprofessional staff atleast at this 1 and only location in Grand Island unfortunately. They refuse to let you speak to a manager when you call them out on something. If you do get to speak to a manager it is one from a department that has nothing to do with what you are wanting to accomplish and they would rather refuse to let you open a new account then apologize when they are wrong. Good job Pinnacle Bank, you lost a 38 year customer and atleast 5 others are discussing following.
