I had a unauthorized charge on my card for some kind of gaming app..which I never play any kind of games , I called the company after having to find out the name they said they would refund my money back which they didn’t I had my card canceled and got a new one and called said company several times but never got my money back so I went a talked to one of the ladies there she filed a dispute and the bank refunded money in just a couple of days! I have banked with credit unions before and got scammed out of $500.00 before had all the proof and emails,everything and they didn’t nothing so I ended up having to pay the $500 ti get my account straightened out! I have never had such great service till now with Pinnacle Bank They care about their customers and I am so grateful I started banking with them!!
