Great bank, but hours have changed and no longer open on Saturday, but atm is 24/7 and located in drive thru.

Thomas, thank you for your kind words. Your loyalty and business means a lot to us at Pinnacle Bank. We did recently update our hours at that location with the addition of a new ATM Live machine. It allows for access to traditional ATM services 24/7 and there is an option to connect to a live teller between the hours of 8am-8pm M-F and 8am-5pm Saturday CST.

I had been looking for a bank to open a business account with and had some push back at other banks due to the nature of the business structure. The branch manager, Torey, was super helpful is wading through all of the details and helping me get set up. Based on the first impression of the customer services I received I would recommend this Pinnacle Bank to anyone!
