      Terrible Customer Service on loans. No information from the start of the process. Tells being a member helps gets loans approved. Does not communicate if loan officers leaves the bank and little or no follow up. Really hope they can improve their loan process or make better applicant decisions. Will not reconsider doing business in the near future, maybe further down the road.
