      Closed my account and took my money because I hadn't interacted with my account for 4 months even though I was told that happens after a year of inactivity. Straight up thief's.

      This bank let a third party fraudulently withdraw funds until my account went into the negative. At that point this bank somehow felt justified to issue $178 in fees. When I spoke to corporate on the phone I was told something I needed fixed could easily be fixed at the actual bank. When I spent my lunch break to go to the bank they told me no they cant fix this problem even though I was told they could by corporate. Lazy tellers.
