      Using the electronic teller to find out your balance and account history is going to land you with a massive overdraft fee (which is just ridiculous in principle. "Oh, you're broke? Cool, give us more money."). I've had purchases on my card take a whole week to go through, which has gotten me into trouble, and it's so difficult to manage. Plus, if your only free days are on Saturdays and Sundays, you're kind of S.O.L. I might be looking into banking with another company soon. Very frustrated.
