      I’ve been banking with Pinnacle Bank since they bought High Point Bank several years ago. My experiences have always been positive, but I wanted to write this review about my experience opening a business account with Jamie Stemple at the Julian Avenue location in Thomasville. I wish I could give him a 10-star review! If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and a hometown feel to your banking, go ask for Jamie!

      Why is there no Saturday banking at all near me. This is a HUGE disappointment when you lose your card and it just so happened to be your birthday and you have no money until Monday morning. Major let down. Especially considering ALL of our friends have the option with many other banks to go to on Saturday. I would not even care if I had to drive a little to get to it. I have zero I can go to.
