      Hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a financial institution! Mine was no ordinary home loan. Another company that had been working my loan for almost 2 months and then pulled out TWO DAYS before closing! The seller told me that if I could not close on the loan by the following Friday (9 days later) then they were going to pull the contract. My realtor put me in touch with the Team at Pinnacle at 5:30pm on a Thursday and immediately I was emailing and talking with Chris and Bob until 10:00pm that night. I was blown away with the knowledge and professionalism I experienced. Everyone I had contact with acted like I was part of their family and it seemed like they were challenging themselves to get the job done. To my complete amazement they were able to close on my loan in less than 96 hours and at a lower interest rate then I had with the previous company!!! I can promise you…a more efficient and enthusiastic Team does not exist! They will be the only company I use or recommend in the future.

      Started the whole process with a completely different mortgage company. Transferred all info over to Pinnacle with a very short deadline, who even gave a better rate, and knocked it out of the park!! 10/10 recommend!
