      I would recommend the services of Pinnacle Title Company to anyone selling a home in the Ft Myers area. As Canadians, we were unfamiliar with the closing requirements in the US and and Susan McDaniel handled our file very efficiently. The situation was made more complicated by COVID-19, our closing was delayed, we had returned to Canada, and our buyer lived in Denver, but she followed up as needed and got the job done.       Susan McDaniel over at Pinnacle Title Co. was just Incredible! It’s so hard to find people who actually takes their profession with such pride, patience and kindness for their clients. I am a realtor in the states of Ct and Ma and have had several closings with several Atty’s but have not felt as comforted thru a transaction as I have been with the staff of Pinnacle and of course Susan.
