Katherine is an incredible banker, everyone else, has fallen woefully short on their customer service. I have gone to this bank TWICE and each time the tellers have been almost excited to turn me away and not help me. The first time we went in they told us they could not cash our check because we did not have an account with them. Mind you, we were there to open an account, asking a few probing questions would've avoided this awkward situation, but fine, these things happen. Kathryn helped us open our account, she got us our money and on our way with 5 star customer service. Today, the second time visiting we went in for the same reason, to deposit checks and withdraw cash, AGAIN we were refused without ANY QUESTIONS BEING ASKED. Why does this keep happening? It is humiliating to have the tellers whispering about your situation in front of your face without asking you directly what you need done and how to get it done. Kathryn today also came to the rescue, she figured out what we wanted to do and helped us get it done. Everyone else just stood there shaking their head saying they couldn't do it. It's frustrating and bad business. If it weren't for Kathryn we would shut this account down and take our business elsewhere that treats people with dignity and respect. Thank you Katherine.

This bank has the absolute RUDDEST people ever working there. I parked in the little parking lot because there was no place in front of the bank. I came out of the bank and had a note on my windshield, telling me I could not park there. There are no signs saying who can and can't park here.
