Do not. Deal with Taylor B. (Female). She will quite literally lie to your face. Opening a new account to prevent fraud and elder abuse on the old account. Was a huge waste of time. As she called the elderly man whose neighbor is forging checks. Abusing the credit card. Then forging his signature to pay the cc bill. Taylor allowed the elderly man to rescind power of attorney. Verbally! She said she put a fraud alert on the old account. But she did not. The elderly mans wife has dymentia. And still has free rein of the accounts. And allows the neighbor to forge checks and accompanies her to the grocery stores. Buying the same items over and over. 256 Butterfinger bars in one billing statement. If you value your time and money. Take your business. Move your accounts to a different bank.
