Waiting over an hour for someone to pick up the call and they only play elevator music on the line nothing stating who I’m actually calling seems like a scam not professional to say the least disappointing to be honest no customer service

Worked for this company during the summer of ‘20. They have no idea what they are doing. We get different managers each month and each manager has different ways of doing the same thing and if done differently, we get told the way we have been doing it is wrong so we end up having to learn everything all over again because a different manager was “doing it wrong” None of them have had experience being a manager either, they all were regular employees like us who were just told to teach a group of about 100 of us all at once in a Skype call. My last manager I explained in an email I have ADHD so I might need some help understanding stuff at times, he sent me a link for administrative leave and the next week I was fired with no specific reason given! After leaving them and trying to go on unemployment I was told by the operator in DOL that they say I am still working there when I was in fact fired. I have now been trying to get a hold of them about collecting my paystubs for evidence but every time I ask to be transferred to payroll I either get hung up on or nobody picks up.
