      I tried to help a client of pioneer federal who was disabled . They had a debit card stolen and there money stolen . This bank is one of the most difficult institutions I have ever dealt with It took hours to get someone to report the card was stolen . There is still no resolve for a disabled senior citizen stranded in another state . With no money after there account money was stolen . I don’t think I would like to be in that position! The Sheriffs Dept. had to be called for something pioneer federal could have handled immediately . Would any of you want to wait 4 days for your account refunded if you didn’t have any money ? Wow ! Zero Stars..

      I would give NO stars if possible for the Glenns Ferry Branch. Most unprofessional and incompetent branch manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Mickie has zero people skills and thinks she is so much better than everyone who banks there. But what do you expect when they hire a non-local to run the place. She comes from the Hagerman Valley which explains her "I'm better than everyone" attitude. Used to be much nicer when locals were employed there and knew the community and the people who live here. Save yourself the headache of incompetence and bank elsewhere.
