  I have been banking with Pioneer Federal since I was a kid and my parents helped my open my first savings account. Kristen B, the assistant branch manager, goes above and beyond to serve her customers. She helped me with the process of applying for a credit card, and even mailed a hand written-note congratulating me when I was approved. She was very patient throughout the process and was even able to call reminding me to submit the necessary paperwork after I received it from my workplace. I would definitely recommend Pioneer and this branch in particular to anyone for their banking needs. Thank you Kristen!

  I am not a member. However I bought a car from a member and paid the loan off with a cashier's check. The bank officer told me the title would be released in 10 business days. It has now been 26 days and I have not seen a title. I called the bank officer and told me the title was at dmv and out of his control. I have no way of registering or transferring title without title in hand. Pfcu has really dropped the ball on this. They have no idea what kind of hassel it creates for the buyer. I will never walk in their doors again.

  Hi Brenda. I apologize your experience has been less than "WOW". When a vehicle is purchased from a Pioneer member, we do release the title within 10 business days (not to include weekends and holidays). If the title is held with the state of Idaho, we release it electronically to the state. They then print the title and send the physical copy. This process can take 4-6 weeks depending on the state's mail room staffing. If there is anything we can assist with, please contact us at [email protected].
