I’ll consider moving the stars up if a credible service is provided. The only reason the stars are at 3 is because the Middleton branch is awesome. Caldwell however has dropped the ball on us several times. To the point of having a lawyer look over a loan contract that was over promised and understated by a loan officer, after she took 4 days to get it through. Well actually the manager finally pushed it through. After coaxing my wife for 6 months to stay with pioneer she walked in today to put all of our vehicles on a refinanced loan so we’re only dealing with one company, just to be told to come back with different documentation. Then when she returned she was told “sorry I have other appointments today I’ll call you later with a quote”. Keep in mind we live 2 minutes away. It’s now 9 o’clock in the evening and we’ve heard nothing. Wouldn’t you know it this was the same employee that took 4 days for our original loan. If your looking for more than an atm to deposit your checks and get cash out then I’d take your business to the Middleton branch.

I've never really had a problem with them until they stopped doing shared branching through the PTM, and apparently a few of their locations are PTM banking only. For a motto of "Here to help move your money forward" they sure are restricting how I can move my money.
