      Did a video chat with a representative and emailed all my personal information in order to do a refinance on a loan. I was told I may not qualify for the promotion, but will still qualify for an excellent rate. That was 11/30/2021 and I haven't heard a single word back. I called my other credit union and they were glad that I would be switching to them for my refinance...too much like a big bank, new app deleted all external accounts, on hold for days trying to talk to someone, unless you do that video chat. I wonder where all my pii got off too?
