I recently changed my personal and business banking to pioneer and I couldn't be happier! The personal service I receive is such a welcomed change from the bank I had been using for many years. Alisa, my contact with pioneer at the Latham branch never ceases to amaze me. She is always a pleasure to deal with and is always there when I need something big or small. In the short time I've been with them, I already know I won't be doing my banking anywhere else. I've even set up accounts there for my teenage children.
