  There is nothing about this credit union that is focused on removing roadblocks from a customer experience. Many times I have asked questions about banking process that should be native to the organization and time in and out I have been passed bad information. If you have the ability, take your money elsewhere. I will be pulling mine out and using my Navy Federal account. The only thing PVFCU has going for it, is that you get paid a day early. In my opinion, it's not worth the additional headaches. Something as small as communicating effectively when a check will come off hold can make a world of impact to someone. Please remember that before communicating bad information.

  Do NOT go through this credit union. I signed up for an account so I could get a loan however it's almost impossible to get ahold of someone and even when you do you get NO help. I've never had such a bad experience with a credit union until I opened an account here.
