What a dang rockstar. I had a low appraisal on my first lender, and had two weeks to switch lenders and close. Not only did piper make this happen by the original close date, but she did so with my mortgage reduced by 300 per month, and a reduction in closing costs from my prior lender. She was also incredibly responsively, likable, and has great energy. Best lender I've had, go with Piper.
