Don’t let Lila prepare any documents for you! Never! She is not professional and not responsible at all! First, Our commission for agents is 5% but she made it 6% in closing statement. This only means two things:she did not even look at our contract or did it on purpose to take more money out of our pocket. Second, we prepaid $1000 HOA fee and should be refunded $800. But she only refunded $200 instead. Will she double check for you? Never. Third, when we choose to get a check, she gave us a regular check but not casher’s check. According to California law, all funds must be sent via wire transfer or casher’s check. Even a newbie won’t make so many mistakes but she did it anyway. Have we gotten any apology or even explanation from her so far? No, not a single word. I don’t know how she get this job but from our experience, if your agent told you” Lila will contact you via email or call you soon”, you’d better say” can we let someone else help us?”.

Bad experience overall. Title company waited until the day before escrow deadline to ask me for important documents that could have been requested weeks before.They were also continually confused, asking me for documents they already had in their possession. Actually had to hurry from home to notary to fed ex at the end of day before closing date because they were so disorganised. Overall very stressful experience.
