      We went here for an escrow. They were very friendly. First they told us the title looked great then after our officer went on vacation called me back told us that we needed to have some bonds. Understandable. After seemingly no movement for 2 weeks I called to inquire to the manger about what was taking so long. He took the case over. He is semi-retired and only works 3 days a week. After a total 5 weeks of the bond agency and them arguing back and forth a lot, and them not making forward progress we decided to move title companies. Overall a huuuuuge waste of time. I'm sure if you have a perfect sale they would be a great company but any turbulence and it sent them straight in to a tailspin.
