This bank is the worst bank I have worked with. I had a mortgage through them this year. I set up the autopay. Somehow their system had an error (two months before they switched to a new system) in one of the very early months after my mortgage started and charged me $39 less than what it should be. So $1067 came out of my card instead of $1106. I found that out next month and paid it right away. They still reported that as late payment to all my credit bureaus. I tried to contact them and they didn't even listen to my explanation and refused to remove the late payment records. Because of that, my credit dropped more than 90 points. Before this, my credit score was 800+. I had 6 mortgages (I own rental properties) before this through different banks and never had any late payment record. This bank is ridiculous and don't ever work with them.

Worst service ever! if you want to save your time , take your business some where else. This customer support is useless . They are not able to even run online payment system . Worst of all , they are suppose to pay insurance and property tax but they keep missing even after server reminders by your company and by you. Like to move my mortgage to some reputed bank. This bank is a joke.
