      Fist of all I want to say that We deal with multiple banks for our business but customer service from Plains Capital I put in last. The ladies at counter don’t believe in greeting and smile. They look like they don’t want to be at work. No hi , No thank you. I will suggest they should work on their customer service as they are new and if they want new customers. Thank you

      Every time I walk in, I first feel very safe as there is a friendly police officer at the door. Next I feel like a valued customer as a smiling receptionist greets me an offers to help. Then, a really nice gesture is the refreshments they offer! I know of no other bank which does this! Finally, the bank is in such a great location, and easy to either walk in and out, or drive through.
