  My new loan was sold off to Planet Home Lending. They reached out to me on a recorded line for training and quality purposes and verified everything on my loan including the address of the property and all mailing addresses and other ways of communication. I have received many letters full of lies on how this company is looking forward to serving me in the future.But yet the first payment was sent to another state and of course to another address and I didn’t receive it until the date it was due. Also I had to call on my lunch break checking to see if they had received my bank draft information. Which I thought my first payment would be Drafted. To only learn that it’s not going in to affect until the following month regardless what the lady told me at first. Now I feel as I am set up for failure due to deceptive practices because this company can send me the information for a bank draft but they cannot communicate with me that my draft will not go on effect nor they can send the bill to the right address but the other information including promotional material comes to the right address. For those of us who have to work and can’t stop through the work day and clean up these big companies inadequacy in there own data-processing this is really unfortunate. If this is what I have to look forward for the duration of my loan I would not recommend the headache.

  Sherry Anderson has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been so professional and caring to the needs of her clients. I highly recommend using planet home lending, the staff has been very attentive. This was our first home and we were so lucky to have them help us through this experience.
