      Horrendous. Extremely poor customer service, they can't even give you a pay off amount. I highly encourage you to use your local lender.

      I’m not one to give low reviews but I would give this company a zero if I could. It literally takes about 3 hours to get through to someone and when you do they won’t let you explain what you need. They simply say they need to transfer you and will just do it while you are still talking. Then, 3 hours later someone else answers just to tell you that you were transferred to the wrong department. You are transferred again to a different department and who knows if it is even the one you need because again, they transfer you without listening to you. There is no accountability for the poor customer service and they simply don’t care.
