  What an insufferable experience Planet Home Lending has put me through. I paid my June 2022 mortgage payment to my current mortgage company at the time (Sprout Mortgage), only to find out that after I sent the check to Sprout Mortgage, Sprout Mortgage had transferred my mortgage to Planet Home Lending. In a letter Planet Home Lending sent to me on June 8th, 2022, they were clear in stating that I need not worry, the payment I sent to Sprout Mortgage would be forwarded to them and I would incur no penalties or late fees. In a letter Planet Home Lending sent to me dated July 5th, 2022, they stated that my mortgage is seriously delinquent and in default , even though they had already deposited my July 2022 mortgage payment I sent to them in their account. To whom it may concern at Planet Home Lending: I am currently looking into ceasing being your customer due to your abysmal customer service and for treating a brand new customer quite poorly with erroneous threats. Before you place a customer in default, you should check their payment history and do your due diligence to collect the June 2022 payment from Sprout Mortgage as you claimed you would do in your letter sent to me dated June 8th, 2022.
