This was my first time doing any of this.I was scared, frustrated, and very unsure at first . Alishea was up front very honest and let me know it would be fine. Please do not use this mortgage company. Heaven forbid you should have a loss on your home, they are incredibly slow at processing anything. Many of their employees have provided frankly inaccurate information and errors on their part have caused weeks to months delay, costing us THOUSANDS of additional dollars on top of the loss of our home. While their customer service prior to this (as a general customer) was acceptable, their loss department has zero concern for you. You are just another piece of paper in their pile and the fact that their error costs you weeks in the repair process does not matter to anyone. Trying to get a supervisor to help remedy the problem is virtually impossible.
