Very poor experience. We rented a condo for a week through Plantation. The person I spoke to about renting the place said their was a $300 deposit (which I thought was really high for a studio style condo with no special amenities) but that we would get it back minus the cleaning fee which would be about $75. About 3 weeks after we checked out, we finally got the deposit back, via mailed check, and the cleaning fee was $150! We only stayed 5 nights, left the place clean, and nothing was damaged or broken. When I spoke to the same representative, she said that $150 is what the cleaning company charged, and there was nothing she could/would do about it other than send me the cleaning bill. Beware!
