I was very disappointed when I went through Hawkinsville on my way out of town. My husband and I have been long term customers of PFB and decided to stop in since this branch was on our way. There was no signage on the front locked front door saying they were drive thru only facility. We were in a truck and towing a trailer that would not fit in their narrow drive thru. I had walked around to the drive thru to ask if I could deposit money there instead of my usual facility. The truck was parked where she could see but instead to every question I asked, she said “you’ll have to drive through.” I understand there are certain rules and procedures for safety concerns but I was extremely disappointed in how this matter was handled. While I love the branch in my hometown, I will not be stopping here again.
