      Banking can be confusing BUT it shouldn't be difficult and cause worry. I am not a member of Platinum Federal Credit Union but I must pause to say, I wish I was! We needed a Co-Oo bank since our Credit Union is in a different state. Platinum Federal Credit Union stood in the gap and provided excellent service! Their employees did their due diligence in security checks (trust me you want a bank to do that) and provided us with rest assured peace that funds for the right amount would go into the correct account. Thank you Platinum, you have awesome tellers!
