Rachel and the rest of Platinum do a great job. I had a very difficult property to assess and basically everything that could have gone wrong on my end, did. They were never discouraged and always maintained a positive attitude. I've dealt with other mortgage companies and the agents there can't hold a candle to the service I received here.
