      first time home buyers look no further!!! Dan tina and Erin will absolutely take care of you, like they did me!! they are absolutely amazing at what they do!! they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and very timely! need something for a potential home on a Sunday afternoon?? you call they answer!! I honestly don't think i could've gotten a better lender, they're far from "small" but have that mom and pop customer service!!! you can't beat that!! another lender wont take into account your overtime?? well the amazing people at platinum will, like they did my friend who recommended them!! more income equals a higher loan approval! I believe my friend was approved for 130k with a big bank, but platinum was able to get him up to 165k!!! you will not get a better lender!! thank you so much dan, Tina, and erin!!!
