  I am writing this based on first hand knowledge with Bobby (Robert) Darvish. I want to first thank Bobby Darvish for his fantastic job and second save all you wonderful people sometime to get to the one of the bests in the industry. Market of loans whether business, residential, investment, commercial or construction, purchase or refinance is a market of abundance of loan officers but a seasoned loan officer who understands every detail of the loan, can customize a loan based on one's need, cares to give the clients best products and does this for the best interest of buyer or home owners is an excellent financial gem who can help your life to improve. And Bobby Darvish showed to be that "financial gem". Home is the biggest asset someone buys. The terms of the loans often go for 30 years. So it’s a lifetime. Of course we do have construction loans or bridge loans that are shorter in terms, but most of us fall under the 30 year loan category. Because, the biggest assets of someone’s life for 30 year would be under a loan, we have to keep dealing with that loan in the hands of a very knowledgeable loan officer who cares and attends to our needs. Someone who can close loans and be in the front line. Someone who can constantly work so we can be safe when dealing in the transactions. And that is why I recommend Bobby (Robert) Darvish. I have seen Bobby going above and beyond call of duty. Bobby showed and continues to show outstanding ability to see the big picture, and predict the obstacles and outcomes, so obstacles can be addressed right away and the closing of the loan be on time. Bobby Darvish cares as if the property and process belongs to his own household. Bobby cares for the process as if its his own loan. Bobby has multiple great loan products available or he can act as a lender, knows details of all of them and his information is accurate and useful. He knows ins and outs of payments, mortgage insurance, taxes which is real helpful. Bobby is quick to act and he was one step ahead of every one else in the transaction (Sellers, Escrow, Real Estate Agents). Bobby Darvish is an outstanding expert, he has great compassion for his clients needs and he is beyond professional. I want to appreciate Bobby Darvish and his team. And I wish you all receive what you need to the maximum and full potential. I recommend Bobby to you all and if you are a real estate agent (realtor) know that Bobby is a great California loan officer who can close. Buying a home or refinancing is a big experience.   Bobby Darvish of Platinum Lending did an amazing job originally taking care of financing my house when I bought it back in 2014, and recently we just finished refinancing it at a great rate thanks to all of his help and expertise. he's a true professional and very knowledgeable of the industry and he was able to get me an amazing rate. Going through the process of refinancing requires many details and paperwork and he was very through and detail in every step of the way and he made sure everything is done correctly so we wouldn't run into any issues. It was a very painless and enjoyable process and I'm extremely happy to recommend Bobby Darvish to everyone. We're currently in process of purchasing another house for a friend and Bobby is taking care of the financing of it and it's going great.

  Robert Darvish and his team at Platinum Lending Solutions went over and beyond to make our home-owning dream a reality. My wife and I were shopping around for potential lenders, and luckily stumbled upon Bobby of Platinum Lending. From our initial meeting/excel presentation we were immediately impressed by his knowledge and expertise in the lending field. As first time homebuyers, this process should have nerve-wrecking and an absolute nightmare, but Robert's team made the entire process smooth. Throughout the whole process they were extremely responsive, and offered multiple scenario cases that best suited our financial situation. We felt as though we were treated well, and that our needs were their top priority. With everything all said and done, we were able to close escrow in 23 days!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to purchase a home. We are sincerely thankful and grateful for Bobby Darvish for all the hard work and dedication!
