      Buyer beware! Just did a refi through these jokers. They charge excessive fees for the "privilege" of paying your own mortgage. IF you want to pay your mortgage online they expect you to pay an extra $20 per month. Thats $7000 additional over the life of a 30 year mortgage. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. There only advice is " you can mail in a check for free, but we don't recommend that because if it gets delayed in the mail we'll charge you a late fee". There's plenty of mortgage lenders out there, skip this one. PS. I'm a real estate agent
