  The WORST location on Westheimer, my husband went to this location to get change for a $20. The so called manager named Sabrina told my husband he could not get change. He had to pay $3. He proceeds to inform her, his wife was coming in to get a money order but he needed the change first. She told him she would not give him change unless he paid so he left out and I went into this sorry store, as I went in to a young Hispanic girl to help me, I asked for change for a $20/ she asked how did I want the change and I told her. Sabrina decided to jump in the conversation and told the young lady to charge me 20 cent to get change for a $20. I asked Sabrina when did they start charging for change? She then proceeded yo lie about everything she was saying. Long story short is this women is racist and did not want to give 2 black people change. I would not recommend going to this location if you are African American because they treat you like your money isn't good enough in there. Sabrina needs to go back yo management school where she could learn better customer service and how to treat customers, because obviously she doesn't know how. That will be the last time I do any business with this location because of this person.
