      You don't fit the cookie cutter mold of society and need a mortgage? Look no further. These guys know the rules and the why's behind them. If your lender said no, ask around till you get either a good reason or a "yes". Personally I'd start here... too many lenders only know how to work with picture perfect client scenarios but there's so many exceptions to the rules. Plum Creek is the difference between being stuck in a box and thinking outside of it.
