Plumas bank Susanville,CA after going there to use our bank card the last ten visits only one time has the atm worked this shouldn't be such a big thing but to withdraw some cash I've had to use other banks atm's which charge at the minimum $2.00 --- over time this is getting to ad up--- why can't this bank keep their atm operable-- wife and I are considering changing banks -- !
