  My condo HOA has a contract with this firm and it has been a terrible experience. Nothing was being done according to the contract we signed. Two units, including my own, were new tenants and began working with PMI about half way through the contract. They were slow to respond to our questions, inefficient in scheduling a meeting, and completely unprepared for the meeting once it was set up. We asked about very basic items, like the monthly statements of income and expenses. All they had was a July statement, which was months prior to us moving in. We still have not been able to receive any documents regarding the previous months' finances. There was no accounting or administration of our bank accounts. The web portal they use for us to receive documents took a long time to set up and did not have all the necessary sections available to us. About a month after moving in, we found out that our water bill had not been paid in 3 months. From one of the owners who was here throughout the contract, I learned that they would do repairs without confirming with the residences and would not send over estimates prior to work being done. We put in a request to fix some small issues upon our move and it took weeks to respond to it. I still don't know what the cost of the repair was. Whenever we were able to get into contact with Sheriff, we did not feel that he was prepared to speak to us nor did it feel like this account was "worth their time". This may be a small account but don't accept a contract you are not going to follow through on.
