  If I could give zero star review I would. The seller agent somehow did less than bare minimum. Prior to this experience, did not think it was possible! First, he said we should go see the property prior to putting remote offer, so both we (the buyer) and buyer’s agent arrived from 4+ hours away. The seller agent was only 2 hours away and not only did not arrive, also did not provide lock box code (that was not electronic box). The Supra box in this county did not work for our agent who is out of county. And then did not respond to phone calls when we waited for 2+ hours calling him, how to get access to the property, even though the viewing was scheduled ahead of time. During the offer process he first said the buyer would review offers on Monday. When on Sunday afternoon our realtor reached out to confirm that offers would be considered on Monday, were told, no actually it was moved up to later today. We barely had time to get our offer in. And by some miracle our offer won out of all competing offers. The house is beautiful, and the sellers are the sweetest people. But the seller’s realtor would just disappear. Did not sign even important disclosures. Would not pass communication between neither feom seller nor from buyer. After closing, we have asked repeatedly for the seller’s agent to finally remove the realtor Supra lockbox. It has been 1.5 MONTHS after closing, and the lockbox is still not removed. Our agent has escalated to the broker weeks ago. Ok it’s a “longer drive” of 1-2 hours, ok one week passes. Ok an excuse of I’m so busy or I was not feeling well another week. But literally counting time in months now. Since the brokerage tolerates this kind of unprofessionalism as “acceptable” behavior, speaks volumes to the low standard of this firm. I thought real estate agents have to at least do the minimum to collect their commission. Such as ensure interested buyers can get on premise to view the property at scheduled time, to not lose out on any offers, or sign legally obligatory documents (without buyer’s agent filling out “refused to sign” forms), and finally removing the realtor lockbox off after closing. Beware! Your best interest as neither a seller nor a buyer would not be represented by this firm.
